-Must be able to commit to travel on weekend training trips, overseas training camps, all major tournaments with such as AHF Cup, Asia Cup and SEA Games (December)

Essential Duties:

- Assist the Head Coach with instructing athlete in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.

- Organize & direct individual/ small group practice activities and exercises as directed by the head coach.

- Assess athletes’ skills during practice sessions/ tournaments and keep track of athletes’ performances.

- Assist with game strategy and scouting of opposition players

- Video and analysis during training, matches and tournaments

- Assist the Head Coach to supervise athletes during practices & competitions

- Lead the planning and coaching of the Women’s National Development Squad

- Assist with coaching in the Women’s Pathway including Under 21 and Talent Group camps

- Be actively involved in the Talent ID of athletes in the Women’s Pathway and provide feedback to both current and potential athletes

- Model & maintain professional conduct towards athletes, officials, and spectators.

- Other ad-hoc duties/ assignments given by the Head Coach.

Minimum Requirements:

- Registered on the NROC or equivalent coaching qualifications

- Experience as a Coach at national age group or international level or equivalent

- Experience in the use of game analysis software (eg. HUDL)

Assistant Engineer (Project Management )

Summary:

• Equipment set up for various systems, conduct testing & commissioning

• Follow up with clients in a timely manner

• Assist sales team with site survey & system design

• Provide support and manage project

• Perform troubleshooting & repair / replace faulty parts

• Provide onsite support to diagnose and rectify technical issue

• Ad hoc duties as required

Additional Information:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma or Degree in Computer Science , Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic or engineering field

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access

• Able work independently and with other both indoor and outdoor locations

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective interpersonal skills for working in a team environment

• Able to work with deadlines and pressure

• Must have at least 1 year experience in handling cable wiring / electrical project

• Good working attitude and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily routine of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Data entry for AR & AP transactions into system.
• Assist in AP invoices, ensuring accurate coding, matching, and timely payment preparation to suppliers.
• Perform monthly reconciliation for AR/AP and costing transactions
• Handle PO invoice entry & posting
• Update daily cashbook and bank reconciliation for month end
• Check staff claims
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Description

• Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing the daily menu, including skewers, appetizers, sides, and other menu items.
• Help manage and coordinate the kitchen team, ensuring staff adhere to instructions, maintain efficiency, and uphold high standards of quality and safety.
• Support the preparation and cooking of skewers, sauces, and sides, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Oversee the quality of ingredients and finished dishes, ensuring all food leaving the kitchen meets the restaurant's standards.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring the kitchen is stocked with essential ingredients and that supplies are rotated and restocked as needed.
• Ensure all kitchen operations comply with Singapore's food safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Contribute to the training and development of junior kitchen staff, teaching proper cooking techniques and kitchen safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen, including proper handling and cleaning of equipment, tools, and surfaces.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to brainstorm new dishes, refresh the menu, and ensure recipes are executed to high standards.
• Ensure timely preparation and service of food, especially during peak hours, to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a preference for experience in Japanese cuisine preparation.
• Strong cooking skills, particularly in grilling and skewering techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with traditional yakitori cooking methods, marinades, and flavors is an advantage.
• Ability to work well within a team, communicate clearly with kitchen staff, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy kitchen setting.
• Possession of a food hygiene certificate is preferred.
