Responsibilities

• Handle front desk works including answering phone calls, registration of patients, dispensing of drugs and collection of payment
• Provide Administrative support and scheduling appointments for patients
• Assist Doctors with minor procedure when required (e.g.: Chaperone, ECG,etc)
• Maintain clinic's cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Assist in maintaining and restocking inventory/supplies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Able to commit shift (between 8am to 10pm) for Weekday/Weekend
• Able to cope with fast pace environment
• Possess strong communication skills, Well-organized and proactive
• Computer savvy
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice. Training will be provided.

Job Scope:

(a) Preparation and verification of documents;

(b) Maintaining and updating of data records including stocktaking of teachers’ resources and inventory

(c) Compilation of statistics

(d) Preparation of teaching resources to be used in classrooms

(e) Assisting Heads of Department with relief duties matters as and when required

(f) May be required to go into classroom to serve as a relief teacher if teacher is away

(g) Assisting as a safety chaperon e.g. during daily arrival and dismissal of students, chaperon to students going on external Learning Journeys, supervise students during recess play etc.

(h) Providing administrative support during school events e.g. usher for Parent-Teacher Meetings, man registration counter for school concerts etc.

Requirements:

(a) Candidate should have at least one year’s experience working in a similar job in a primary school;

(b) Candidate should also be Internet-savvy to find information and be familiar with MS Office.

Contract Period: Jan to Nov 2025

Salary: TBA

Working Arrangement:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of lunch break

• Fridays: 6:45am to 3:15pm, inclusive of lunch break

• During school holidays : 7am to 11am, no lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays & gazette public holidays
