Job Scope:

• Responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching finished products – Medications.
• Conducting Quality Check for the Medications package received.
• Ensure that customers' orders are picked and packed correctly.
• Responsible for housekeeping to ensure the warehouse is maintained clean, neat, safe, and orderly.
• May be assigned to work @ GMP Room or Cold Room
• GMP Room : Required to pack medications in small quantities, will be required to work in a clean room environment – Must be meticulous and detailed
• Cold Room : Where medications are stored in Temperature controlled environment – Jacket provided specially for this room.

Job Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’/’O’/’ITE’ or Diploma in any discipline
• A good team player and cooperate with superiors and co-workers.
• Take ownership of the work assigned.
• Proactive and open to innovation and changes.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive culture building efforts, including curating HOT (Honest, Open, Trusting) conversations and townhalls with staff, as well as connects with MMT, to gather regular feedback and generate ideas.
• Lead employee mentoring and coaching programs.

Leadership Development

• Oversee administration of 360 leadership survey and coaching plan for SMT and MMT.
• Organize and curate Leadership conversation Series (LCS) for leaders.

Requirements:

• Experience in L&OD function in public agencies, and led a team of three or four team members in this function for a few years.
• Accumulated 15 years in HR experience including L&OD.
