Assembly is looking for an Affiliate Account Manager for our growing and innovative APAC Affiliate Marketing team. This person will report to the Affiliate Director and support in the day-to-day operations for multiple affiliate programs, and will be responsible for regional affiliate communications and general account maintenance.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
- Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts
- Develop strategic plans to develop the performance of managed advertiser affiliate programs
- Ensure the proper execution of the tasks entrusted by clients in the management of their affiliate program
- First class support, communication, and acquisition of strategic publishers
- Independent client management
- Regular client reporting and communication
- Preparation of sales and competition analysis
- Market monitoring
- Meeting and building strong relationships with media partners, publishers, affiliate networks, and clients.
- Participate client pitch and new businesses
- Keep abreast with industry new trends and attend industry event when needed
- Manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships on electronics, e-commerce, fashion and travel sectors.
- Create and execute strategy for affiliate programs including recruitment and retention
- Affiliate onboarding
- Develop and manage monthly affiliate budgets across all brands
- Monitor day-to-day affiliate activities, responding to publisher inquiries and drafting communications and newsletters for various campaigns
- Work closely with affiliates and develop campaign ideas
- Run and analyse reports, give insights and recommend improvements on affiliate activities and on the overall program
- Initiate new campaign ideas and placement/exclusive
Requirements
DOES THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU?
- 4-5 years working directly on affiliate campaigns, either client, network or agency side
- Experienced and familiar with Affiliate Marketing tools like Rakuten, Impact, Awin, CJ, Partnerize and etc
- Experienced and familiar with analytics software such as Google Analytics
- Experienced and familiar with Excel, PowerPoint and Data Studio
- Discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
- Attention to detail, accountability and pride in quality of work
- Knows how to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners
- Exceptional planning and project management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learner, creative thinker
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit
