Duties:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Qualifications / Skills

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience – 5 years of experience in similar field.
• Computing – Advanced MS Office and payroll software.
• HR Knowledge: Understands recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and relevant regulations like those from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Familiar with managing employee information systems.
• HR Systems: Familiar with HR software, databases, and using metrics to evaluate HR performance.

Responsibilities

1. Essential Functions

• Financial accounting functions including fixed assets, payments and general ledger
• Management accounting function, including preparation of monthly cost allocation, management reports and analysis
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audit and preparation of audited financial statements
• Preparation of quarterly GST return
• Liaise with tax agent for corporate tax filing
• Lead the annual budgeting and annual costing review

2. Secondary responsibilities and duties

• Cover duties of Business Office, when necessary

3. Supervisory Responsibility

• Supervise Finance / Business Office Executives

4. Participate in audit and other Finance initiatives and drive projects when necessary

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of financial accounting experience (Full set and fixed assets experience required)
• With hospital or nursing home setting experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office application (Strong in MS Excel)
• Develop budget, operating plans, and forecasts together with stakeholders
• Develop and establish financial policies & procedures
• Drive accuracy and consistency in financial reporting
• Excellent Relationship Management, planning & organisational skills

RResponsibilities:

• Oversee a business unit relating to all operational and administration
• Manage contract profit and loss
• Deliver solutions and maintain good customer relationship at all times
• Work closely with Business Development to secure new projects and contracts
• Work closely with business partners and contractors to achieve KPIs
• Monitor wastage of major/critical materials used in the project
• Ensure project meet quality standards and government regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from recognized Professional Engineer Board
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Training/Service industry
• Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills
• Have the ability to handle projects independently
