We are seeking an independent, motivated, and results-driven Assistant Manager for the Membership & Certification Department. The Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore is a non-profit professional body dedicated to advancing and developing the internal audit profession in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Manage the intake and processing of new membership applications, including eligibility and take responsibility for the entire process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in developing and managing outreach programmes aligned with the organisation's established goals.

• Proven experience in membership management, partnership development, or related roles, with a focus on launching and implementing new corporate membership programme.

• A proven track record of successful project management and event coordination.

• Adept at defining problems, collecting relevant data, and drawing valid conclusions while delivering excellent customer service skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

The role involves managing all legal aspects of the Group's business, including M&As, JVs, and investments, as well as handling general corporate legal matters and compliance. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, managing litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with external counsel. Additionally, the position entails overseeing compliance policies, corporate secretarial duties, and risk management activities. The incumbent is also responsible for facilitating training, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and liaising with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate commercial law, ideally gained in-house or in a law firm.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Work closely with business units for smooth daily accounting operations

· Prepare monthly closing, financial statements and management reports timely and accurately
