Job Description

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claim, grants, programmes and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in HR or relevant discipline or A-Level with minimally one year of experience
• Singaporeans only
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel

Other Information:

• Locations: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Might have to rotate between 3 different locations)
• Salary: $2400 - $2800

• Duration: 4+5 Years contract (renewable )

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation, financial reporting, closing statements, and manage AR/AP.
• Reconcile POS system transactions, including cash, bank, and credit card payments.
• Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
• Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms.
• Track and verify expenses, cash claims, and card usage submitted by outlet heads.
• Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports.
• Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
• Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in F&B.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, ePOS systems, and credit card portals.
• 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
• No quota for foreign staff who need for working pass.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive to support our growing team. This role involves developing hiring strategies, managing recruitment processes, designing and executing training programs, handling payroll, and maintaining accurate staff and recruitment databases. You will work closely with managers to align hiring and training initiatives with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring Strategies:

• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and shortlisting.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective managers.
• Maintain a robust recruitment database to track candidate progress and outcomes.

Training and Onboarding:

• Design comprehensive training materials for new staff in collaboration with department managers.
• Conduct and facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
• Monitor training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.

Payroll and Administration:

• Manage payroll processes accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
• Handle HR documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and benefits.

Database Management:

• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment and staff databases.
• Generate regular HR reports for management to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome to apply).
• Skills:Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and HR practices.
  Ability to design and execute training programs.
  Proficiency in payroll systems and administrative tools.
  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with managers and staff.
  Tech-savvy with experience in HR management software or CRM tools is a plus.

Under the direction of Church Administrator, the Accounts and HR Executive supports the finance and human resource administration of the church office.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting

1.1 Handle the full set of church accounts.

1.2 Handle accounts receivables and payables.

1.3 Maintain proper documentation of all transactions.

1.4 Process all collections including banking.

1.5 Execute financial transactions and activities such as bill payments, invoicing and claims.

1.6 Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

1.7 Handle the yearly audit process.

1.8 Attend to enquiries on financial matters.

1.9 Any other duties as assigned by the Church Administrator.

2. Human Resource

2.1 Handle staff payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters.

2.2 Liaise with insurance agents relating to renewal, cancellation and claims of staff insurances.

Requirements

1. Minimum Certificate in Accounting or equivalent.

2. At least 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting.

3. Meticulous with attention to details.

4. Proficient in computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

5. Knowledge of accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, etc.

6. Resourceful and independent worker with ability to multi-task.

7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the scholarship application and selection cycles, including managing public queries and coordinating offers and awards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for scholars, addressing academic and employment-related queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to onboard new scholars and process claims.
• Track scholarship deliverables and monitor budget utilization.
• Support the planning and execution of events such as scholarship fairs, award ceremonies, and onboarding sessions.
