Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor banking functions to support smooth operational flow.

• Coordinate internal and statutory audits, liaising with auditors for timely and efficient audit completion.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls, safeguarding company assets and ensuring policy compliance.
• Mentor and lead the finance and accounting team, providing training and support to enhance skills and performance.
• Identify and execute process improvements within the finance and accounting functions to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial control or a similar role, ideally within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry.
• In-depth knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supervising 2-3 team members preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting and financial matters of the Church, maintain good governance and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

1. Lead precast segmental bridge Launching Team to execute the SBG launching operation using bridge construction equipment - launching girder/ segment lifter.
2. Manage team of Launching Engineers, Launching Superintendent and Riggers on day-to-day operations of segment bridge construction including organising plant and equipment required for precast segmental bridge construction.

About the role:

This position will manage permanent or temporary merchandising projects from design adaptation to execution. It means working with our creative and technical designers to design the space and put together the construction package, then liaising with our network of partners and contractors to build and implement seamlessly, mainly in the Travel Retail channel.
