• Update staff data/records where necessary.
• Liase with other internal and external departments (IT and facilities) in managing administrative and operational work of staff entry/exits (eg. accounts creation, email account creation, etc).

Data/Case Administration

• Create and maintain data spreadsheets and presentations.
• Enter and update client’s data in the casework database in the government case management system.
• Prepare, modify and submit relevant audit reports, casework report (eg. service standard requirements to the National Council of Social Service) after approval.

Finance administration

• Assist in monitoring of office operations expenses.
• Process invoices, purchase orders and expense reimbursements.
• Ensure the safe keeping of monies (including petty cash, donations, programme fees, siubsidies and financial assistance to clients).

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in any discipline with 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design engineers and architects to create and document detailed test plans for verifying the SoC design.
• Establish and manage the infrastructure and environment for automated verification of the SoC's architecture, functionality, and performance.
• Develop reusable testbenches, test cases using constrained-random and directed methods, and verification modules for both block and system levels.
• Create a regression strategy, methodology, and scripting tools, ensuring comprehensive function coverage and addressing verification gaps before design releases and tape-out.
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve simulation issues.
• Provide support to test engineers during post-silicon validation.
• Mentor and guide team members and junior engineers, aiming to enhance verification efficiency.
  

Requirements:

• Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 8 years of relevant working experience/ PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years working experience.
• Extensive understanding of UVM/OVM, Semiformal Verification, assertion-based verification, and hardware-software co-verification methodology.
• Skilled in Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, Perl, TCL, Shell scripting, C/C++, SystemC, and assembly coding for industry-standard ISAs.
• Familiar with MIPI, AMBA (APB/AHB/AXI) bus protocols, RISC-V/ARM, or DSP cores.
• Experience in verifying designs at RTL and post-P&R gate levels.

The Administrative Officer is responsible for the smooth running of clinical administrative operations within the Family & Community Support Division. Roles & Responsibilities:

Clinical and Operational Administrative Support:

• Support senior management with administrative tasks such as practice standards reports, data tracking and analysis, audit preparation, and other tasks as needed.
• Oversee daily divisional correspondence, handling incoming and outgoing communication for the Clinical Team, e.g., smooth operations of phone, email, mail, and Teams.
• Schedule meetings and appointments and prepare meeting rooms for management meetings and clinical training sessions, including logistics support. Assist with minute-taking when required.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reading materials, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to develop and implement new clinical work processes and systems for the centres/division.
• Support relevant clinical engagements and staff evaluations.

Communication and Coordination:

• Diploma in Administration or a relevant qualification.
• At least 5 years (for Admin Officer) and 7 years (for Senior Admin Officer) of relevant working experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
