Job Description:

Maintain and organise restaurant records, including financial documents, employee records

Screening candidates & managing appointments for interview arrangements

Responsible for drafting, editing & formatting documents such as letters & emails

Answer phone calls, take messages and provide information on restaurant events / general enquiries

Oversee the use and maintenance of restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and other technology tools

Coordinate special events, private parties, and reservations

Responsible for organising filing system, both physical and digital
Any Other Tasks as Required

Qualifications:

· Responsible in providing day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing operations to achieve key business objectives involving quality and productivity.

· Provide support for engineering conception phase all the way to implementation and operations support.

· Work closely with cross functional teams to provide innovative engineering solutions for continue process improvements.

· Active involvement in projects relating to design and implementation of manufacturing-related equipment, such as automated optical inspection units.

· Assist in developing, updating and revising manufacturing documentation in accordance with company policies, relevant standards, and regulations established by regulated agencies (e.g. ISO9001/14001/13485).

· Assist in initiating, evaluating and implementing engineering change order.

· Assist in anyalzing and determining conformance of materials and parts manufactured.

· Assist in monitoring and improving productivity metrics established as company’s goal.

· Participate in development and validation activities for R&D products.

This role is to cover maternity relief for 6 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration

▪ Maintain the central filing system for all office documents, including student confidential file

▪ Issue fee invoices, collect school fees and issue receipts

▪ Update and maintain monthly fee records

▪ Data entry on Pre-Initial Screening

▪ Preparation and distribution of enrolment and graduation packages

▪ Collate and obtain quotations and purchase of teaching materials and/or office supplies

▪ Manage student’s attendance record and ensure proper supporting documents are in place for audit purposes

▪ Responsible for submission and registration of staff training

▪ Organize and upkeep the updated copies of student / staff application forms, class lists and administrative documents, and distribute them to relevant teachers and/or students when necessary

▪ Issue forms and documents to staff as and when requested

▪ Support inventory workflow

▪ Support operational workflow

Equipment Repair & Maintenance

▪ To liaise with Association Facilities Department where any equipment or properties need repair and maintenance.

Others

▪ Record EIPIC department meeting minutes and circulate to all concerned.

▪ Undertake any other duties assigned by the EIPIC Head

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of working experience

• Competent in MS Office and Outlook

Key duties
