As Product Manager, you will focus on one or more of our flagship media publications. You will move fast to refine clear scope and product requirements, question assumptions, identify issues where appropriate, and proactively identify and raise product risks. You will work to define and build critical experiences that will help us match customers with content they love. You will be a key player at the intersection of business and technology, supporting the growth of company through the successful creation and operation of our end consumer facing features. You will interact with external partners and internal users, as well as interface with groups across the organization. You will collaborate with the editorial teams, and internal Engineering and Business teams amongst others to enhance the reach, engagement and monetization of our products.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays (except Wednesdays) 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Wednesdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Roles and Responsibilities:

• handle counter services and walk-in customers
• Attend to all incoming phone calls, enquiries and deliveries.
• Administer first aid to pupils where necessary and contact parents of unwell students
• Routing of postal mails and courier mails
• Collate and compile consent forms, survey forms and data
• Perform adminstrative tasks using basic Microsoft Office e.g.
• Data entry, preparing documents & presentation materials,
• Calling & engaging with parents for supporting documents etc.
• Assist printing and lamination of materials (e.g.teaching aids)
• Assist in major school events
• Any other work as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Effective team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under tight schedules
• Independent, resourceful and has a high level of commitment
• Candidates should preferably have 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in IT applications especially in Microsoft excel
• Standard First Aid trained
• Possess preferably one of the following qualifications:
• Higher Nitec or Nitec

Requirements:

-Bachelor's Engineering Degree or Equivalent.

solve and master new concepts within a short period of time. Able to move around and work as a front liner

when necessary.
