RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up camera, tripod, lights and grip equipment in the process of filming.

As a Quality Supplier Manager in ASML Singapore office, you will be managing a couple of ASML key suppliers in Southeast Asia, responsible for their quality and operational performance. You work with suppliers on ensuring parts quality performance, solving both quality and technical issues, and drive process improvements, for example quality and yield improvement, process control, cycle time reduction, risk analysis and mitigation. This is a highly technical role that is part of a global team to troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated and chronic network performance/operational issues. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub), which includes the management of the team of Call Centre Officer (CCOs) and administrative staff, to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.
