Job description: As the Operations Manager at Ed Eight Venture, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our business, ensuring seamless execution of special events and efficient delivery of educational services. This dynamic position requires a candidate with strong organizational, managerial, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for event management and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Operations:

· Lead the planning and execution of special events, including live streaming, opening ceremonies, product launches, festive events, and other related activities.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and customize services accordingly.

· Manage logistics, manpower, and resources to ensure flawless event execution.

· Supervise and coordinate on-site event teams to guarantee smooth operations.

2. Educational Service Operations:

· Oversee the deployment of trainers to academic and enrichment centers for cognitive learning ability training for children.

· Work closely with educational partners to understand their requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality training services.

· Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance the efficiency of educational service delivery.

3. Quality Control

· Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in event execution and educational service delivery.

· Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

4. Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

· Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

5. Budget Management

· Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for special events and educational services.

· Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the event management or educational services industry.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of event management software and educational training methodologies is a plus

Lead component level FA analysis in the Lab

• Work closely with Production and manage the FA process in a streamlined

• Lead FA process improvement

• Responsible for final consolidation of FA reports

• Arrange FA process review with engineers and Plant.

• Support Engineers for all lab related activities.( soldering rework, harness fabrication, proto build)

• Work closely with engineers for equipment procurement, installations

and commissioning.

• Work with plant facilities to setup/maintain lab facilities

• Support lab audits (IATF16949, ESD)

• Maintain housekeeping / safety practices

• Participate in cost and quality initiatives

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics. Fresh graduate is welcomed.

• Independent and able to work under minimum supervision

• Capable of performing X-ray/C-Sam on semiconductor device.

• Capable of performing grinding and decap on semiconductor device

• Ability to develop good working relationship with colleagues and vendors.

• Good organizing skills, Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT

• Familiar with typical test equipment power supply, oscilloscope, datalogger, etc.

• Experience in soldering/rework/proto build is an advantage
