As a Senior Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub), which includes the management of the team of Call Centre Officer (CCOs) and administrative staff, to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

Overview of Partnerships Team / Unit

The Partnerships Team develops and builds partnerships and relationships that drive income to support WWF’s conservation goals. The Signature Research Programme in Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) aims to pioneer the development and discovery of new and more effective methods for the treatment, prevention and control of new and emerging pathogens. The key outcome of the research will be the early identification of new pathogens, out of which new diagnostic tests, treatments and control strategies will be developed.

The laboratory of Immunotherapy in HBV Infection within EID is focused on the study of immune response of Hepatitis B and the liver microenvironment. The laboratory is also at the forefront in developing T-cell receptor (TCR) cell therapy against hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Recently, the laboratory is actively involved in studying the immune responses in SARS-CoV1, SARS-CoV2 and other emerging viral diseases.

A research assistant position is available, and the successful candidate will be closely involved in the collaboration project work between hospitals/industries and the laboratory. The duties and responsibilities will include the following: -

• Perform tasks and support the team in scientific projects.
