Responsibilities:

• Administer receiving tasks (GR) independently.
• Verify deliveries against supplier invoices.
• Assist in MTS/WMS labeling.
• Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO, 5S, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Logistics or any relevant field
• Experience in mass manufacturing environment materials management is a bonus

Finance Assistant

Highlights:

• Industry: F&B – Bakery
• 5 days’ work week; 9am – 6pm
• Remuneration: Up to $3000
• Location: One-North

The Challenges:

• Handling E-Invoicing daily (Main Focus on pop-up events) / Delivery Orders
• Handling of bank reconciliations
• Review and match GL receipts and payments to monthly bank statements
• Following up with payments as and when necessary
• Handling of petty cash and claims
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What it Takes:

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

The overall scope of the incumbent includes serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction.
