Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE board or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years’ engineering experience in delivering projects of magnitude in Civil projects. At least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction teams for projects of similar scale and complexity
• Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design and Contracts Management.
• Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects (from start to hand over).
• Familiar with LTA project regulations and tender requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure the projects operations in a safe, timely manner and efficient to meet internal and customer terms/criteria.
• Liaise with other departments to support project requirements
• Work with the Project Controls (PC) Team to develop the Contract Master Schedule (CMS) and communicate schedule needs to relevant departments for assessment and approval.
