Mon-Fri 9AM – 6PM

Location: 8 Chin Bee Crescent (Boon Lay MRT)

Basic $4000 to $5000 + quarterly incentive + car allowance $700 / per claim basis or a fixed allowance if person possess a car + Mobile allowance $80, Gross $6k to 7k

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in understanding market trends, promoting the brand, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

At least diploma + Proven experience in FMCG food sales or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1) Achievement of Sales and margin

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market

segment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, addressing their needs,

and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and

consumer preferences.

2) Customer Relationship Management

- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and customers

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth order

processing and delivery.

- Ensure prompt payment collection

3) Sales Reporting

- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market

intelligence.

- Present findings and recommendations to management to drive informed decision-making.

4) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that

align with sales objectives.

5) Represent company professionally with customers and vendors while conducting business

according to the values of a world class organization.

• Monitor 2 studios' operations and manage the teachers's performance and duties.

• Doing up of the Weekly team scheduling.

• Process & take care of new and existing customers' accounts.

• Maintain both studios' resources. For example, monitoring of stocks and restocking.

• Ensuring studio space is clean, organised, and safe.

• Take charge of the Sales and Following Ups of inbound leads of both locations.

• Conduct weekly team meeting and necessary in-house training to team

• Maintain personal connections and communication with families.

• Involved in the hiring processe for new teachers

About you:

• Proven customer support and sales experience

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory position.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children.

The Architectural Manager is responsible for the preparation, planning and implementation of all Archi related work aspects in the site in compliance with regulatory and project requirements.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Plan, implement and track the Archi Monitoring Program ensuring timely progress of activities in order to meet project completion deadlines.
• Oversee and ensure high levels of safety, health and environment on site.
• Oversee and ensure high level quality control of Archi works.
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to amicably resolve construction issues.
• Manageweekly progress and coordination meetings with Architects, M&E and Sub-contractors to ensure timely progress of planned Archi Site Works.
• Lead a team of Architectural Supervisors and Foremen in the implementation of Archi works on site to ensure timely progress of planned ArchiSite Works.

Job Requirements

• Ability to establish and communicate work schedules and to ensure planned activities are implemented on a timely basis.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate team members positively.
• Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations, adept with conflict resolution and problem solving.
• Ability to offer advice and alternative solutions to Archi works detailing or any Archi related issues encountered.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institute
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of Architectural production work scope
• Project Experience: LTA Depot / Underground experience strongly preferred (have at least completed 1 project of similar scale and complexity)
• Comfortable working within a fast-changing environment, ability to multi-task and cope with ambiguity
• Strong communication and interpersonal ability, coupled with influencing skills
• Familiar with LTA project regulations and tender requirements.

Technical competencies

• Basic M&E coordination works and detailing
• Archi detailing & termination in all trades
• Familiar with all interfacing of works with M&E requirements and authority requirements
