• Extensive network within Southeast Asia’s financial institutions, both private and public.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse business audiences, including C-suite executives, VPs, managers, operational staff, and agents.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, active listening, and delivering impactful presentations.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in regional languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin Chinese, or other Southeast Asian languages is strongly preferred to build client connections.
• Good pitching skills with the either of above languages is preferred.

• Team lead for construction of FPSO Hull
• Enforcement of QHSE on site
