Key Responsibilities:

• Strategise and conduct specialist manpower planning in the cluster by working closely with the team on manpower discussions at the clinical service line, monitor the manpower for the future, map out specialty pipeline and identify instability in the workforce, basic analysis of adequacy of manpower, craft and document discussion meetings as well as track the progress of this work;
• Manage the full spectrum of the HR central resourcing of medical specialists from interviewing to on-boarding;

Account Management (50%)

• Client Relationship Development

Assume primary responsibility for nurturing and expanding client relationships, focusing on quality control and delivery to service-level guarantees. Develop a deep understanding of each client's unique needs and industry context. This is to develop deeper relationships with the client ensuring multiple stakeholder relationships within the upward value chain are developed and identifying key opportunities to be leveraged.

• Quality Control

We will consider a candidate’s past outputs, current research programme, likelihood to obtain future funding support, enthusiasm and potential to develop their own research leadership in tropical climate science. Past research experience in tropical climate dynamics is advantageous, but not essential.

The successful candidate should demonstrate the potential to build a world-class research programme and a commitment to education and mentorship of students, and to meaningfully contribute to our ambitions to have societal and environmental impact in Singapore and the surrounding region. The successful candidate will be encouraged to collaborate with existing research groups across NTU, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.

The successful candidate will also teach within ASE at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Emoluments and General Terms & Conditions of Service
The commencing salary is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. The University offers a comprehensive fringe benefit package.
