The Job

Summary

This position is responsible for directing, monitoring, and supervising the day-to-day activities of all sections within the Front Office and other operational departments of the Hotel, including the business center. The Duty Manager ensures smooth operations and customer service satisfaction in line with the established standards and policies of the Hotel.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for ensuring the proper, efficient, and profitable functioning of the Hotel.

2. Supervise sections in the Front Office, including reception, cashier, telephone, reservation, and baggage services. Monitor staff members’ conduct and job performance and to project a positive corporate image to guests.

SUMMARY

Reporting to the VP of Global SOC Operations, the Sr Manager of APAC SOC Operations is a role with responsibility to lead a team of compromised of SOC and Threat Intelligence staff. Proficio currently has three SOCs and our APAC location operates 24 hours a day with multiple shift conventions, plus offsite staff operating in specific customer environments. The Assistant Finance Manager is the finance business partner for the organisation and has responsibilities covering all aspects of financial management, performance management, financial accounting, budgeting, corporate reporting etc. He/she has sound technical as well as management skills and be able to lead a team consisting of finance professionals with varied, in-depth or niche technical knowledge and abilities; consolidating their work and ensuring its quality and accuracy, especially for reporting purposes.
The Assistant Finance Manager is expected to provide sound financial advice and counsel on working capital, financing or the financial position of the organisation by synthesising internal and external data and studying the economic environment. He/she often has a key role in implementing best practices in order to identify and manage all financial and business risks and to meet the organisation's desired business and fiscal goals. He/she is expected to have a firm grasp of economic and business trends and to implement work improvement projects that are geared towards quality, compliance and efficiency in finance.

Manage the organisation’s financial accounting and corporate reporting functions.
• Manage a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Supervise and review the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts for management and external stakeholders.

Support internal and external audit activities.

• Resolve issues and deficiencies arising from audit findings.

Drive the use and integration of information technology within the organisation’s finance function.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess a degree in accountancy or any equivalent professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA and etc.).

• Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably with hospitality/F&B industry exposure and with audit experience.

• Good knowledge of finance/accounting policies and procedures, GST, Singapore tax, audit and accounting laws, practices and regulations.

• Excellent organisational, strategic planning skills, highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to details.

About the Job

The Logistics Department plays one of the most critical roles in managing part the assets in Cyrus. You will be joining a dynamic team managing and working closely with the Assistant Warehouse Manager to solve Logistics, warehouse operation issues, managing the inventory level and fulfil daily orders.
