Job Description

• Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum.

• Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom.

• Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child.

• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs.

• Establish effective classroom management.

• Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning.

• Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development.

• Perform routine care and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.

Requirements

• Be good at art, craft creations and singing/dancing.

• Experienced in learning activities design and centre environment decoration.

• Having a bachelor's degree or above in Early Childhood Education from a university recognized by Singapore Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

• Be qualified in ACEY/L1/L2 Teacher Certification issued by ECDA.

• Course Organization and Implementation (Key contact point):
  Assist course organizers in preparation of course proposals for Centre Director’s approval
  Assist as CHPT liaison with invited speakers and course trainers regarding course details, speaker logistics and social arrangements (where applicable)
  Assist course organizers to plan and execute course organization, including, but not limited to Publicity; registration; Management of queries;Course logistics (venue, refreshments, course materials, course certificates, AV requirements, etc.) and Management of course feedback & 3-month post-course feedback
• Develop, implement and adhere to course planning and implementation timelines
• Achieve minimum course attendance and full cost recovery for each course organized
• General administration and day to day support:
  Provide timely and regular updates to Centre Director (collation of data, slides preparation) on centre’s progress
  Prepare end of course reports to update course organizer and Centre Director which includes, but not limited to, the following: Participants’ profiles/Analysis of course feedback/Learning points AND Recommendations

• Submit end of course reports within 1 month after each course run

Requirements:

• Education: Min. A Level / Higher Nitec / Diploma.
• Good with Excel and other MS Office applications
• Working Location: Kent Ridge & Alexandra
• Working Hour: Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm and Fri: 8.30pm to 5.30pm
• The salary range will be up to $2400 depending on the working experience.

Overview:

Provide sales and administrative support to the institutional and intermediary business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in producing accurate and prompt department reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in producing initial draft of client portfolio reports.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain inputs for RFPs, reports and presentation materials for prospects.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Mail merge skills. Knowledge of VBA or use of Excel Pivot tables is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility and attentive to detail.
• Must be self reliant, resourceful and proactive, at the same time a team player who is able to operate credibly and leverage the firm’s resources and global infrastructure.
• Highly motivated individual with a commitment to excellence.

Experience and Qualification

• Polytechnic Diploma in related field (Economics, Finance, Accounting)
• More than 5 years’ experience as a team assistant, administrative or client servicing support role.

This position is for 12 months contract period.
