The Memory Aging & Cognition Centre (MACC) is a Research Center within the National University Health System funded by the Singapore National Medical Research Council that focuses on the study of dementia and cognitive impairment in the elderly. Daycare Duties & Responsibilities:

- Clean and disinfect facility and vehicles according to protocols

Driving Duties & Responsibilities:
– Pickup and Drop-off between 8 - 10 dogs daily
- Follow assign transport schedule
- Safely load and unload dogs
– Drive dogs to the dog run or outings

Requirements:

A Research Assistant position is available NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The job entails work in a laboratory, clinical and involves administrative duties.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to DSRB/IRB application process, support ethics and regulatory related administrative work including DSRB/IRB and HSA applications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Producer and Executive Producer in all pre-production, production and post-production matters.

Job Description

The incumbent will play a key role in working closely with the School’s stakeholders involved in undergraduate medical education, particularly senior leadership and key administrative partners of healthcare institutions, to ensure that funding for training medical students are accurately disbursed, payment disputes are resolved satisfactorily, and compile data for reporting purposes. • Quarterly collation of info on local and overseas electives postings from Electives Team;
• Annual collation of tutors’ contribution to NUS clinical teaching activities (CTA) and clinical exams from various program/exam coordinators

2. Management of and Reporting on PECT Funding with an annual budget of $65m.

• Disbursement of PECT funding, annual accruals;
• Compute and project PECT funding for current year and planning years;

3. Manage PECT Funding and Providing guidance and communications on PECT matters

Duties and Responsibilities
 Responsible for providing bed allocation services and administrative duties in BMU.
 Perform bed allocation duties with SAP and other systems, complying to a set of
rules and priorities as established by the hospital, and assignment of beds to
patients shall be in accordance to patients' needs and choice where possible
 To be able to identify potential bed tight situation and activate bed tight measures
 Coordinate patient movement with wards and other departments based on bed
status.
 Answer phone calls to handle bed enquiries and respond to or follow up on
bed/transfer requests.
 To assist in the preparation of management reports and provide statistics as and
when required
 Ad-Hoc writing of reports and statistics
 Offer emotional support and help patients cope with their illnesses.
