JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role involves working in a healthcare environment and includes the following:
1. Providing administrative support in all aspects of clinic operations and patient care, including reception and registration, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls, appointments scheduling, providing information on financial counselling/eligibility for government subsidy schemes(where appropriate), handling all patient enquiries and others
2. Dispensing, assisting doctors, in clinical matters, dressings, investigations and laboratory tests, procedures, health /medical screening and examinations and others
3. Sterilizing equipment, creating and maintaining regular reports
4. Drug administration issues like basic stock taking, stock monitoring, ordering and maintenance of current drug stock.
5. Payments and claims processing, including online submission for various insurance and government subsidy schemes
6. Clinic housekeeping
7. Establishing good rapport and relationships with patients and corporate clients, following up on their requirements
8. Monitoring of stationary, medical supplies and clinic equipment
9. Filing and Documentation
10. Facilitate Health Screening - taking of height and weight, checking of vision
11. Ensure consistent high level of service standards to patients
12. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements for the post:
1. GCE N and O level and above
2. Able to communicate clearly with patients and staff
3. Able to work independently and in a high-pressured environment
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Able to commit to retail working hours, including night clinics, weekend/PH (NO overnights)
6. Willingness to learn, responsible
7. Good organisation skills, social skills
8. Pleasant and good interpersonal skills
9. Team Player
10. Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, dialects, some Bahasa Malay if possible
11. Customer service attitude, Pleasant personality, good customer service aptitude
12. Prior Customer Service Experience will be an advantage
13. Experience in clinic setting is an advantage
14. Proficient in GP Connect Software is an added advantage
15. Prior experience in medicine dispensing preferred
