• Assist project manager to overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Lead project teams, manage resources, ensure compliance with regulations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Build, lead, and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management, or Construction Management,
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
• Proven track record in Project management in construction industry.
• Good communication skills, and leadership.

Other Information:

• Location : Depends on Projects (Central/North/East)
• Working Day : 5 or 5.5 days
• Salary : Upto $8k + VB 2 months
