The suitable candidate will be:

• Liaising with clients and assisting with the application of the relevant Singapore work and dependant’s passes
• Providing application overview, collating clients’ documents / information and addressing clients’ queries
• Managing full spectrum of case process from initiation to advising on issuance of passes
• Preparing immigration advice for clients
• Preparing notifications on changes in the relevant authorities (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) requirements and rules for clients
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of Singapore Permanent Resident application
• Managing systems / databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a University degree or equivalent in any field of study
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail with organisational and analytical skills
• Personable with good communication skills and passionate about client service
• Proficient in Microsoft office
