Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivables.
• Submit sales invoices electronically on the B2B supermarket portal.
• Apply customer payments to their respective accounts.
• Issue Statements of Account regularly.
• Keep track of customer payments and follow up as necessary.
• Work with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and credit note issues.
• Help set up and maintain customer accounts in the accounting system.
• Aid in keeping the customer price lists up to date.
• Join in regular stock takes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual counts.
• Tackle various other tasks as needed.

• At least LCCI in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
• Knowledge of Navision system will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: Penjuru Lane
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri, 8.30 am-5.30 pm; Sat, 8.30 am-12.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT Pay + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods appropriately within the warehouse space.
• Keep track of stock levels and perform periodic inventory checks.
• Pack, label, and prepare items for shipping according to company protocols.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Carry out general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintaining the workspace.
• Other duties as assigned by the superior.
