Scope of Work:

a. Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the general office

and the school library is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including:

• Collating of data for the college

• Administer daily student loan of laptops, uniforms, etc.

• Administer daily booking and usage of discussion rooms

• Administer student / staff information

• Organise office stores and physical library resources

• Design and decorate the general office and library spaces

• Maintain a collection of newspaper articles suitable for use as supplementary resources to support teaching and learning

• Assist in coordinating with supplier(s) on the delivery of office supplies, teaching resources and library resources

• Loan of ICT/AV equipment

• Printing, photocopying and filing of materials

• Set up refreshments for meetings

• Any other duties as assigned by AM

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• At least a GCSE O-level certification or equivalent.

• Proficient in basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office and data entry.

• Meticulous and organised.

• Communicates well in English and has good interpersonal skills.

• Preferably with experience in administrative services.

Contract Period: From 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (12 months) with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 2 years (24 months) from 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 and from 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Willingness to learn and assist in various kitchen duties.
