RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Officer contributes actively to the programme needs of MINDS Future Care Planning (FCP) Services under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS).  CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that responds to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community. The programme executive will work in synergy with various direct community services to enhance integration and community living of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.

8. Keeping Updated with Regulatory Changes: Stay informed about changes in the regulatory environment in Singapore and globally that could impact the firm’s operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance Officer or equivalent).

• Proven experience in a compliance role within the insurance or financial services industry in Singapore.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day

Looking for Internal audit from banking or Financial Companies

Responsibilities

 Conduct audits for CBG audit portfolio and identify the associated risks

 Support Function Audit Head and Deputies in project planning and execution

 Escalate issues appropriately and timely. Ensure concise and clear audit findings and reports are presented on a timely basis.

 Keep abreast on the development of regulatory, industry and product development through continuous monitoring and auditing.

 Participate in digital initiatives (including data analytics tools and data driven operating model) to promote data driven audits.

Requirements

 Degree qualification, with at least 4-6 years’ relevant experience in the internal audit of financial services industry, preferably with relevant experience in consumer banking, wealth management and/or legal & compliance functions

 Self-motivated and demonstrates the initiative & ability to work independently and effectively with multiple priorities

 Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), i.e., able to articulate key messages effectively.

 Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team mates.

Job Purpose

The role of the Accounts Payable involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organisation. The role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

Responsibilities

The Senior/Accounts Officer shall be assigned duties in Shared Services

• Processing supplier’s invoices, staff claims and intercompany invoices;
• Preparing monthly creditor reconciliations and audit schedules;

• Month-end and year-end closing;
• Reconciling and following up for outstanding items on clearing accounts, creditors’ aging and bank reconciliations;

• Preparing and filing GST and WHT;
• Participate in UAT;

- Collaborate with relevant agencies on Levy collection effort and exchange of data/ information

- Investigate discrepancy in payment amount claimed by companies

- Face-to-face/virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records

- Conduct onsite audit on employers’ payroll records

- Draft and send e-mail response to appeals

- Statistics reporting on number of appeals received and track outcome of appeals

- Handle and process request for refunds

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree holder

- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in enforcement or audit is an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills to engage employers and other stakeholders

- Effective team player with good communication, analytical and inter-personal skills

- Driven, meticulous and able to multi-task and work independently
