Follow-up of Service Arrangements and Procurement

• Assist Superintending Officer in daily close supervision and coordination duties for civil works (road, drainage, etc)
• Inspect and supervise Contractors’ works and tests to Approved Drawings and Specifications
• Keep quality records of all works, monitor and report on work progress
• Responsible for the consistency of quality assurance inspections and testing for works
• Implement quality assurance plan in a well-coordinated manner
• Coordinate with Contractors, Stakeholders, Authorities, Interfacing Contractors and the like on execution of works

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
• 8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on C&S works for various building/infrastructure projects

HDB SENIOR RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

1) Minimum 8 years experience in site supervision of highrise residential projects.

2) Essential to have good knowledge and experience with Architectural, Civil & Structural and M&E works.

3) Possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS).

4) Preferable with prior experience in HDB projects.

HDB RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for audit planning, internal control system review and audit fieldwork.
• Reviews a complete set of statutory financial statements and finalize audit reports.
• Manages own time effectively to meet engagement timelines and maintains a positive attitude and good pace throughout.
• Allocates responsibilities to junior and staff auditors and monitors progress of team members to ensure completion of work and adjust work plan, where necessary.
• Completes assignments within agreed budgets and timescales and ensure expectations are met.
• Reviews group consolidation worksheets and supporting notes to financial statements.
• Liaises with and manages component auditors on group audits.

Technical expertise, professional qualifications and experience

• Degree in Accounting, ACCA or its equivalent which is recognized by ISCA.
• Possesses 3 to 5 years experience in providing audit or accounting advisory services.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possesses good knowledge of office applications (MS Office).
• Possesses strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
• Experience in auditing publicly listed entities and other regulated entities will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a major point of contact within the firm for the client together with the partner. This includes responding quickly to, as well as anticipating, client requests/needs, keeping clients informed of progress in relation to all aspects of the service provided and maintaining regular contact with clients.

Requirements:

• At least 6-8 years of audit experience preferably in a medium-size accounting firm.
• Proven ability to lead a team and develop business opportunities
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience preferable from a large CPA firm
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CPA firms and experience in IPOs, due diligence and special advisory services would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of business trends, emerging technical and industry developments.

• Able to manage multiple engagements and deadline-driven.
