Qualifications

• Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as RTO in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in buildings, civil, HDB carpark.

• Handle full set of Accounts Payable
• Accruing monthly revenue for selected centers.

The incumbent will work with a team of audit professionals in the Audit or Financial Services Industry (FSI), providing audit services to a portfolio of diversified clients comprising publicly listed companies, MNCs, local conglomerates and financial institutions (including banking, insurance and securities). Requirements:

The position calls for candidates with an accounting degree/professional qualification. Managers should have at least 6 years of relevant audit experience in a professional practice. The level of appointment will commensurate with the experience level.

Duties and Responsibities:

• Assist in manpower resourcing, employer branding of choice and ensuring effective recruitment, on-boarding, deployment, and retention
• Liaise with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisements and external vendor on supplying workers for part-time basis.
• Update records and maintain proper filing of all employees’ personal files.
• Update staff bio-data in the HRIS and extract information from clock in and clock out devices on staff attendance and over-time matters.

• Responsibilities to the Building Authorities to supervise the works in accordance to the Building Control Act, Regulations and approved plans.
• Analyse all project drawings and specifications, and to feedback on any discrepancies and/or possible issues before work commences on-site and through the course of the project.
