Job Description

• Provide administrative support for staff recruitment and selection including arrangement of interviews, submission of documents to relevant authorities and preparation of letter of offer
• Create and maintain all Staff Personnel Files and ensure proper storage of all staff records
• Keep track of all Personnel File movement
• Update and maintain all staff particulars in the Staff Portal to ensure each staff record is up-to-date
• Prepare HR-related letters eg. no-pay leave, maternity leave, promotion, etc.
• Maintain the staff list in the Staff Portal following all staff movement and new staff appointments
• Prepare contract letters for Coaches/Instructors (for CCAs & CAS programmes)
• Maintain a record of carpark lots allocated to staff / vendors for season parking by updating all new allocations and termination of season parking in timely manner
• Provide admin support during the annual Direct School Admission (DSA) exercise
• Handle counter and phone duties including directing of calls and enquiries from parents, students and members of the public to the relevant officers
• Any other duties as assigned by the Principal or any officer covering Principal’s duties

Requirements

• A Polytechnic Diploma holder with preferably some working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

As a Finance and HR Admin Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Finance

• Manage payments and obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
• Process bank deposits and reconcile financial records.
• Prepare, issue, and store invoices; send reminders to clients to ensure timely payments.
• Submit tax forms, prepare and track all taxes and filings.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies, reporting on accounts payable and receivable status.

HR

Job Description

• Good co-ordination skills and good technical knowledge of M&E systems/ equipment, including security systems
• To carry out regular site supervision and inspection of the works/materials including any off-site production as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that mechanical and electrical works, including security systems, are constructed to required quality, accuracy and workmanship

Qualifications

The Challenge

The doctor will be part of a team assisting in managing patients, with duties including conducting daily ward rounds, as well as supervision and teaching of House Officers. Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:
- Friendly, Passionate and Energetic Team Player
- Organized and Good Administrative Skills
- Responsible and Strong Work Ethic
- Decent Typing Speed and Computer Skills
- Polite, Patient and Good Customer Services Skills
- Able to Commit for Minimum of 1 Year
- Poly & University Fresh Graduates are welcome, no experience required

Salary:
- Competitive salary structured towards helping employees grow with the company
- $2,700-$4,300/Month + CPF (inclusive of team incentives)
- Base starts from $2,500-$3,500/Month
- Attractive monthly team incentives from $200-$800/Month
- Clear Salary Progression, Annual Salary Review (Minimum 5-10% Increase)

- 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays 2 Weekends
- 9.00am - 6.30pm
