Job responsibilities:

• (a) Provide clerical support to marketing staff, including:
  ・Preparing Sales and Purchase Contracts.
  ・Handling a full set of import/export shipping documents (based on L/C requirements, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declarations).
  ・Creating monthly delivery/sales reports and issuing payment vouchers.
  
• (b) Coordinate and correspond with suppliers, overseas offices, customers, and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
• (c) Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and guests
  ・Arrange air ticket reservations
  ・Book hotel accommodation

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or GCE "O" Level/Diploma
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in preparing import/export shipping documents, letter of credit and Certificate of Origin
• A basic understanding of logistics and global trade shipping arrangements is required
• Experience in logistics operation is an advantage
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
