• To prepare method statement, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
• To coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• To coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.
• To assist the Project Manager to negotiate / procure materials, equipment and labour in accordance to (or below) the allocated approved budget.
• To hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
• To have experience in working at Data Center.
• Mechanical: Familiar with VAV / VRV / cooling tower / chillers / chilled water pipe / A&A works.
• Electrical: Familiar with retrofit / renovation / lighting control / BMS.

d. To assist SRE in administrative control of the site staff, instill and maintain discipline, punctuality, and keep daily records of staff attendance, and other matters concerning the site staff's administrative matters.

e. To oversee all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records.

f. To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the SRE or client

g. To check and assess temporary works by the Contractor to ensure that the works are safe and in compliance with all relevant Regulations.

h. To ensure that Contractor’s working procedure complies with the agreed method statement and relevant workplace safety and health regulations and to direct modification to the procedure, if necessary, to comply with the agreed method and safety and health regulations.

Criteria:

- Min 4 years of civil engineering experience

- Min 2 years of experience in Dwall works, geotechnical , excavation works

- Degree in Civil Engineering

- Accredited as a RE with IES
