The role as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer, to be part of the Systems Engineering Team to play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of training and simulation project systems by integrating logistics considerations throughout its lifecycle.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to support the planning, development, implementation, and sustainment of logistics support solutions.

• To assume the lead role of ILS Lead / Engineer for the assigned projects
• Logistics Planning: Develop comprehensive logistics plans in coordination with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of logistics support throughout the system lifecycle
• Configuration Management: Manage configuration baselines and ensure that logistics requirements are integrated into the overall configuration management process
• Supply Chain and Obsolescence Management: Collaborate with partners, suppliers, and original equipment manufacturers to optimize inventory levels, minimize lead times, ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials, and to trigger discussion for solutions to equipment that are reaching end-of-life
