• Primary Objective: Provide Wealth Management solutions to Personal Banking Clients through the sales of Bancassurance and Investment Funds products
• Products: Guaranteed Issuance Offers, Investment-Linked Policies, Savings Plans, Endowment Plans, Annuities, Retirement Plans, and Investment Funds (Mutual Funds, Index Funds, Unit Trusts)
• Medium: Engage Walk-in clients through face-to-face (F2F) consultations, or tele-prospecting using the bank’s extensive database of prospects to conduct F2F or virtual meetings
• Remuneration & Benefits (Uncapped Earning Potential)
  First-Year Income: $80,000-$100,000++ (Fixed + Commissions)
• Fixed Component:
  - No Experience: $3,600-$3,800 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance
