• Promote our School's courses and products
• Execution of Internal / External Marketing Campaign
• Administers policies and procedures relating to daily operations of the centres
• Provide admin support to ensure smooth running of the centres

• Close monthly accounts for assigned entities—full sets.
• Manage AR billing and Vessel Operating Cost reviews.
• Input AP invoices, journals, and payments in Navision.
• Reconcile vendors, handle staff expense reimbursements.
• Facilitate vendor communication, resolve invoice issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with at least 2 years of accounting working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Navision.
