• Provide administrative support to ensure that the division’s objectives are met.
• Manage the database of audit issues, liaise with audit managers/partners to keep it updated, and proactively follow up with auditees to get updates to the information.
• Liaise with leaders from across the business, in conjunction with other team members, to gather data required to meet group reporting requirements
• Assist in the audit administration process management i.e. collate document packs, send out documents and reports and update the audit plans.
• Assist in the audit confirmation process management i.e. preparing bank third-party confirmations.
• Manage meetings and booking of meeting room facilities
• Assist in typing and printing of financial reports
• Provide logistical support for audit engagements, including travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
• Coordinate with external vendors for necessary services related to audit departments
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
• Maintain and keep track of the audit department training needs and training records
• Assist audit partners with occasional administrative responsibilities
• Perform other general administrative duties

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

1) Correspondence With Parents

· Handle all enquiries and student registrations online and offline

· Provide feedback to parents on current students' progress

2) Data Entry

· Prepare the centre’s enrolment on a daily basis

· Assist the Academic Department with the assignment of curriculum
