Duties and Responsibilities:

. Process payment to suppliers and staffs’ reimbursement

. Posting of invoices to accounting system with proper supporting

documents

. Prepare monthly AP journals and postings

. Prepare monthly AP schedules

. Update payment transactions in cash book and reconcile to AP

posting

. Monitor and update hedging transactions (sungard control sheet)

. Ensure accuracy and timely closing of monthly AP module

Requirements

. LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• To fully understand the structure of each deal & items stating in the checklist prior preparing the reconciliation template;

The Position

• Core responsibility is to ensure the smoothness of daily closing tasks:
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations,
• Crypto exchange hedging, reconciliations, and trade accounting,
• Preparing payments and liaise with bank relationship managers when required,
• Ensure that trade AP and AR positions are fully understood and reconciled and issue the daily financial closing report.

Based on learning curve, other responsibilities will follow:

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus.
