About the Role

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for headhunt for customers to meet the sales targets and build strong relationship with the customers. Your main objective will be to drive a sales pipeline and find new business opportunities to grow the customers pool.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls and follow up to potential clients and researching potential leads from SME businesses, web searches, or digital resources which drives pipeline that supports assigned new business goals of the region.
• Converting new business opportunities within assigned leads generated using a consultative sales approach
• Serving as a brand enthusiast for M-DAQ Payment Solutions (MPS) suite of products and solutions

The Role:

• Acted as the primary liaison between the laboratory and clients for routine daily sample analysis.
• Organized and participated in workflow management and execution.
• Prioritization of urgent and regulatory testing.
• Recruitment of suitable qualified staff.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years as a laboratory manager, including proven technical knowledge and laboratory experience.
• Experience with method-related tasks, including development, verification, validation, and enhancement.
• Experience in PCR and Bio-Molecular Work
• Possesses SAC Singlas signatory for Microbiology &/or Bio-Molecular and laboratory operation and management experience.
• Experience in audit & CAPA management skills.
