Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyse market research on commercial-defense products with AI technologies to identify market demand, growth opportunities and competitive threats

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in start-ups or corporate roles in commercial business functions that focused on business model innovation, go-to-market analysis, compliance and commercialisation in the AI, telecommunications and tech sectors
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and regulatory requirements, with in-depth knowledge of compliance and certification processes relevant to the industry
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and go-to-market plans

Role description:

Nomura in Asia is looking for a Business Manager in the Wholesale CIO organization. The Business Manager will report to the Head of Wholesale Technology and Operations Business Management and will support our senior executive Technology and Operations regional leaders for the Wholesale business. The role will require strong partnership with other Business Managers, Global Markets Business COO’s and other corporate function leaders. List Bullet

• Drive strategic planning in partnership with head of department and their leadership team, developing objectives and defining performance metrics to monitor progress against plan

• Experience with financial management including the review of budgets, forecasts and monthly actuals
