Additionally, this Senior Manager will assist the Head of Finance (HOF) to manage financial governance & control documents and support HOF as the business partner to the CEO, EXCO and Senior Leadership Team of AIAIM and Holdco.

Responsibilities:-

1) Finance Governance and Control

• Review AIAIM monthly and quarterly group and regulatory reporting deliverables
• Assist HOF to monitor and ensure regulatory compliance with MAS’s Risk Base Capital framework requirements, as well as S13U and FSI-FM Incentive Grant for solvency and capital purposes
• Assist HOF to monitor outsourced finance functions and ensure it is according to the MAS, Group and AIAIM outsourcing guidelines and policies
• Lead Group Finance project deliverables to ensure enhancement efficiency and regulatory changes
