About The Role

The Airport projects department of Gunnebo Entrance Control requires a Project Engineer to support its expansion in the Airport passenger processing solutions.

Role Summary

• Deep dive and map out the as-is CRM landscape along with its various frontend/downstream integrated systems for each market utilizing CRM in SAPMENA zone today.
• Leveraging the already-implemented SPACE system in North Asia zone, design and build a similar CRM system for SAPMENA markets with the spirit of standardization, simplification, and scalability.
• Rollout SPACE across all markets and brands currently on CPRV in the zone today, so as to decommission the older CRM system, through the usual software development lifecycle approach.

Main Responsibilities

• Document as-is functionalities and integration landscape of current CRM system in SAPMENA
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements of SPACE, defining the functional specification and business requirement of the to-be model.

1. Internal Stakeholders consist of overall SPACE Program Manager, Technical Architects, Product Owners, Integration Managers, Business Analysts, Business stakeholders etc. both at local and Zone/Regional level.
2. External stakeholders consist of technical vendors who build or maintain the products within SPACE or to be integrated with SPACE.

• Work with solutions architect to translate functional specification and business requirements into user stories in the product backlog, ensuring there are clearly defined acceptance criteria signed off by business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• At least 4 -7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, having held roles such as BA or PM.
• Has experience with projects involving system implementation, multiple systems' integration, and complex data migration.
• Experience gathering business requirements, mapping out as-is model and defining target operating models.
• Has experience leading the entire or a specific phase of the SDLC, preferably the Discovery (planning / analysis), Design, Development phase of SDLC.
• Experience managing and driving discussions with both Business & IT stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand requirements/ issues and bring relevant stakeholders into discussions to drive solution.

Good to Have

• ITIL certification and ServiceNow experience
• Proven project management experience (PMI methodologies) with PMP qualification.

Role Summary

The candidate will coordinate the day-to-day activities, installation & commissioning of a highly complex CCTV Video Management System project. The Project coordinator will work closely with junior & senior Systems Engineering teams to be the customers primary point of contact and their trusted advisor for the length of the project.

Main Responsibilities

• Become the primary point of contact for the customer for the deployment of the CCTV project for the day to day activities.
• Understand and ensure that both customer needs and technical requirements are met throughout the lifecycle of each project.
• Learn, understand and coordinate the end to end project delivery and requirements.
• Learn & understand the technical capabilities of the clients’ CCTV system.
• Effectively communicate the customers' requirements to the Operations Team to allow the solution to be accurately built to the agreed specification.
• Attend the customer site location for meetings, and to oversee the project deployment.
• Work closely with the Head of Systems Engineering and project teams to make sure the job requirements are met and delivered to the customers satisfaction.

• Ensure regular touchpoints with your customers through calls, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand your customers vision and roadmap, identifying opportunities for use cases, integrations, and program expansion; Feed this back into the agile development process to promote roadmap alignment with key accounts.
• Effectively agree, record and communicate project milestones and help develop associated formal processes and relevant documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in information Technology or relevant fields.
• More than 3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in a Security, surveillance, or IP video industry.
• Proven ability to remotely troubleshoot and resolve project related problems.
• Very good written and oral language skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365, further project management or documentation tools are a plus.
