KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Research and generate trade ideas which translate to buying and selling stocks, securities, and other financial instruments.

3. Carry out daily, monthly and quarterly market reports & forecast to Senior Management and external stake holders.

4. Carry out daily, monthly and quarterly portfolio performance to Senior Management and external stake holders.

5. Assist in the review of NAV reports from Fund Administrator and submission of monthly trade files.

6. Conduct research, development and back test on quantitative or fundamental strategies.

7. Work with team to develop/improve AI solutions to predict market trend and optimise portfolio performance.

8. Extend support to marketing and investor relation functions, website, brochure and marketing materials.

9. Source for government loans and grants available in the industry.

10. Provide updates from regulators and tax authority.

11. Other ad hoc administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, etc) with proven academic achievement and clear ability to handle data and perform quantitative analysis

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

3. Proficient with programming in Python, C/C++ or Java.

4. Rich experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning framework, such as Tensorflow and PyTorch.

5. In-depth knowledge on latest NLP technologies and experience in NLP model development.

6. Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

7. Finance knowledge is not required, while strong passion in investment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of Trust accounts. The incumbent will perform bookkeeping of all transactions within the stated timeframe and ensuring ongoing accuracy and completeness of financial records for the JTC Trust accounts.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of unaudited Trust and Underlying Entities financial statements based on agreed template with JTC.

Job Description:

• Play a key role in capital raising, determining appropriate investment strategies and generating investment ideas for the portfolio.

Requirements:
