Key Responsibilities

• Wing-to-wing responsibilities for all investment management and portfolio management activities for allocated investments, including but not limited to

1. Life Cycle Asset Management

- Prepare and implement the asset/investment level business plan

- Identify and appoint service providers for investments

- Work with the service providers to ensure proper upkeep of asset quality and investment performance

- Provide portfolio and asset management reporting

- Custodian of investment related governance

- Review on-going valuations conducted by 3rd party valuers

2. Dispositions

- Lead the sale of assets/investments and prepare divestment memo

3. Support investment activities

Portfolio Analysis and management (25%)
