• Demonstrated ability to work creatively and collaboratively with both business and IT teams

As a temp, you will be assisting Technology & Capability Division with operational work tasks to ensure a smooth operations of the TRANS Grant workstream.

Key responsibilities:

· Handle grant administration duties such as verification of claims, review of progress reports, and preparation of reports

· Assist in the preparation of new grant call materials, dissemination of grant calls and coordination of submissions

· Support the organisation of events including liaison with internal and external stakeholders (researchers, government agencies, etc)

· Maintain proper records of grant documents and applications

· Any other ad-hoc tasks as required
