Why you will love this opportunity as Project Support Officer at Civica
This position features a Civica-appointed team member who will be instrumental in elevating the everyday workings of the MOE School Library Project by providing robust system support. You will collaborate closely with our passionate Library Assistants & Library Officers (LALOs) and the MOE School Library Project Team to optimize the use of the Library System, Spydus, along with an array of other systems and tools that drive the Team's success.Join us as an individual contributor and dive into a variety of exciting project-related tasks that will propel our initiatives ahead. You'll be at the forefront of coordinating efforts, monitoring progress, and gathering vital information and requirements. You will also work hand-in-hand with the Project team, including the Professional Librarian Team, to assess and enhance our operational processes as needed.

What you will have to be successful in this role
- Proficient with technology and Familiarity with MS Office
- Experience with library systems is a plus
- Minimally a Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in project support is an advantage
- Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or ACLP is an advantage
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethics
- Excellent organisational skills
