Minimum Qualifications

• Education: International Baccalaureate Diploma or higher.

Job Scope:

• Liaise and identify appropriate camera deployment sites with stakeholders

Job Scope:

1. Safety in Food Labs

· Assist teachers with the general safety in the food lab i.e. clean up spills on the floor immediately to prevent slips and falls

· Assist teachers with simple first aid treaments such as cuts and burns

2. Receiving food order

· Receive food items ordered by teachers and check the food items against the delivery order

· Pack other food items with appropriate materials and put in the correct storage areas in the food lab

· Keep teachers informed if food items delivered are not in correct quantity or in unacceptable condition.

· Check for food expiry dates and inform teachers accordingly

3. Before and After Practical Lessons of FCE and NFS

· Wipe teachers’ working tables and demonstration table every morning before lessons.

· Clean and maintain the food lab equipment and room after lessons everyday

· Prepare food items and materials needed for practical lessons

· Wash linens that are used for lessons

· Dispose of kitchen refuse from the rubbish bin and lined the bin with trash bag in both labs after practical lessons.

4. Duties during school holidays and events

· Clean and maintain the lab inventory and equipment, report any defects to materials.

· Maintain equipment and utensils of workstations in both Food Laboratories during school holidays and special events stated below.

- GCE O level and N level practical examinations Staff sharing on cooking

- Inter-class competition

- Ad-hoc school programme that requires usage of food lab

Requirements:

1. Able to read and communicate in Simple English
2. Preferably Primary School Education
3. Preferably 3 years experiences as Food Lab Asst or its equivalent

Manage the projects in Singapore by driving all the construction activities and ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. You will work closely with the consultants and contractors to obtain the necessary authority approvals as well as manage the tendering and contract process. You will be involved in the feasibility study and also working with the relevant department to ensure that the handing over of completed units to the purchasers is carried out effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall implementation and completion of construction projects within scheduled time, and cost and meet client quality requirements & contractual terms;
• Liaise and communicate effectively with clients/representatives and consultants;
• Provide professional advice/technical solutions to clients and consultants when required;
• Ensure compliance with safety & health standards, quality standards, and relevant governing codes;
• Study of M&E layout drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Monitor and coordinate the site activities involving the sub-contractors, supervisors, and site workers;

Qualification / Experience

• Candidate must possess a well-recognized Honours Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Project Management or any other relevant Diploma/Degree well recognised by BCA.
• Must possess at least 6 -10 years of project management experience in a local M&E construction environment, good experience in General Builder works will be an added advantage;
• Possess the relevant construction safety certs (CSCPM, BCSS, Work at Height, etc)
• With an analytical mindset and innovative problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills (English and Mandarin) - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
• Strong stakeholder management skills in interactions with various business associates
• Good understanding of the code of practice of M&E
