Mandatory Skill-set

• Project execution for water and wastewater treatment system projects: desalination plants, sewage treatment plant, industrial water and wastewater treatment plant.
• Develop detailed design and P&IDs based on customer requirements and basic design.
• Review project specification to ensure company design complies with customer specifications.

The COB & CM (Crisis Management) Senior Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• The COB & CM Senior Lead Analyst develops and manages security and or COB solutions for a line of business.
• Identifies and utilizes a global risk management model by analyzing emerging security and or COB threats and potential impacts to the business.
• Defines solutions to mitigate business exposure by leveraging expert analytical and technical skills.
• Advises and provides direction to senior business and IT leaders on risk management decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day functions in support of crisis management program activities, across multiple locations and jurisdictions in assigned geography and in support globally where Citi has a business presence/operations

• Conduct daily reviews of transaction filtering and screening to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform sampling of cleared alerts to assess the accuracy and quality of the adjudication.
• Gather and analyze data to spot trends, recurring issues, or inefficiencies in the filtering process.
• Document findings and assisst in generating reports for manager and stakeholders.
• Work with the filtering team to provide feedback and identify areas of improvement in processes and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of experience in the banking industry with some exposure to screening process.
• Understanding of financial crime and money laundering risks.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies and trends in large sets of data
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
• Experience with compliance or AML tools such as World Check, Fircosoft, or other filtering and screening system is a plus.
