Your key tasks

Business Planning and Operation Manger, Private Wealth

The Business Planning and Operation Manager will be responsible for building and optimizing the operational framework for private wealth business, covering high-net-worth clients, family offices and EAMs. This includes developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to attract, engage, retain, and expand the client base. The role requires a deep understanding of client needs, coordination of internal resources, and enhancement of product and service penetration. Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Management Framework Developments:

Develop and implement an operational framework for high-net-worth clients, family offices and EAMs, including but not limited to client segmentation, tiering client benefits scheme, and online client portal operation including in-app and website.
