1. Role Description
This position reports to the Director of the company, as a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the interior design industry. Your primary focus will be to develop strategic partnerships, expand our client base, and enhance our brand presence.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, real estate developers
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Negotiate and close contracts and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
3. Competencies
Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and visual, are important for effectively showcasing design concepts, engaging clients, and conveying the value and benefits of interior design services.
Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client prospecting, and persuasive presentation abilities, are necessary to win new business and negotiate contracts.
